What should pack when I travel?

One of the biggest complaints that travelers express is with stomach problems.  Millions of people contract some diarrheal disease every year.  How can you protect yourself?  You should include probiotics in your suitcase as a source of “good bacteria” for your stomach.  In addition to probiotics I also carry along a special fruit and vegetable rinse to wash anything fresh that I might eat and to render drinking water safe.  Even bottled water in some places is not as pure as we might like and a couple drops of the fruit and vegetable rinse is usually enough to render it safe.

I also carry whole foods with live enzymes that are concentrated and dehydrated that I can rehydrate and eat or drink.  These are absorbed into the blood stream within 15 minutes and so I am getting all the nutrition I need even if my tummy is not a happy camper and not digesting anything I send down there.  I have been to such places as China, Turkey, and Egypt and had no problems with the food.  The worst problem I have had occurred while visiting my nephew in Florida and several of us came down with food poisoning caused by tainted salad dressing.  Between the fruit and veggie rinse and the probiotics all I suffered were a few mild stomach cramps.  To learn more go to www.healthangelsnutrition.com
